Description
The U.S. Army, Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) is seeking sources for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) painting service contract to provide all labor, supervision, management, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for the performance of painting in accordance with the statement of work at Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield in Georgia. The contract will have a one-year base period and four additional one-year option periods. The estimated guaranteed minimum for the base year is $25,000, and the magnitude of the contract is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The contractor will be required to perform tasks such as removing and replacing deteriorated surfaces, painting interior and exterior of buildings, and painting surfaces of miscellaneous structures and appurtenances.

• The contractor will be required to work in occupied buildings and must coordinate with the Contracting Officer to minimize disruption.
