LIGHT BULBS

The General Services Administration is seeking a quotation for the procurement of LED light bulbs. The procurement includes three types of LED bulbs: SATCO PN#S11652 (13-watt 4' T5 LED bulb), Light Efficient Design PN #15T8-FCAB48-G4 (15-watt 4' T8 LED bulb), and Eiko PN #10928 (13-watt 22" U-Bend T8 LED bulb). The quantities required are 15, 1,600, and 50, respectively. • The quotation must include the price for each type of bulb. • The quotation must be submitted via email to [email protected]. • The vendor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. • The vendor must provide all requested documents, including the Request for Quote document and MIL STD 129R. • The vendor must comply with all terms and conditions of the solicitation.
