FY27 Eyeglasses for Mexia State Supported Living C

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish a Blanket Purchase Order for various eyeglasses to be ordered by Mexia State Supported Living Center (SSLC). The required goods and services include prescription lenses, frames, and fitting of eyeglasses. The vision center must be within 75 miles of the Mexia SSLC address. The contract will be for a period of time, with the possibility of renewal or extension. The evaluation criteria will include the bidder's demonstrated experience and ability to provide services and related goods, as well as their financial capability and capacity to fulfill the requirements of the IFB. • The contract will be awarded based on the best value for the state. • The bidder must submit a comprehensive response, including all required information and documentation. • The bidder must comply with all requirements and regulations, including those related to ethics and conduct. • The bidder must provide a pricing sheet and other documentation as required. • The contract will be subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the IFB and any subsequent addenda.
