Description
DeKalb County School District (DCSD) is seeking qualified vendors to provide legal services for the DeKalb County Board of Education. The selected vendor will be required to provide all labor, materials, tools, specialized equipment, supplies, trained personnel, insurance, travel, per diem, direct and indirect administrative costs, overhead, tolls, parking, fuel, lodging, and all other costs and charges necessary to provide services in accordance with the requirements of this RFP.

* The procurement will be on a formally advertised basis, and proposals must be responsive to all aspects of this RFP.
* A virtual pre-proposal conference will be held on December 2, 2025, and prospective offerors must provide their information by December 1, 2025, to participate.
* The deadline to submit questions is December 5, 2025, and all questions and answers will be posted on the DCSD website by December 12, 2025.
* Proposals must be submitted electronically via the DCSD website by December 18, 2025, at 2:00 PM EST.
* The public acknowledgment will be held virtually on December 18, 2025, at 3:00 PM EST.
