Description
The City of Middletown is seeking quotations for snow removal services, including the rental of trucks with operators, plow, tire chains, and optional sanding equipment. The contractor will be responsible for providing all fuel, maintenance, repair, and insurance for the equipment. The City reserves the right to reject any quote and will compensate contractors at an hourly rate.
• The rental period will commence on December 1, 2025, and terminate on November 30, 2026.
• Contractors must provide equipment that meets the City's specifications, including trucks with plows, sand spreaders, and safety lights.
• The City will inspect the equipment before the start of the rental period.
