Franklin Library Planning Study

The Hennepin County Franklin Library Planning Study seeks an architectural firm (or a lead architect‑led consulting team) to conduct a comprehensive planning study for the Franklin Library, including community engagement, needs assessment, and feasibility of either repurposing the existing building or new construction.
