SWC 2nd Priority Design-Build MATOC - Pre-solicitation Notice

The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) - Rock Island District intends to issue a two-phased solicitation for establishing a design-build construction Indefinite-Quantity Multiple-Award Task Order Contract (IDIQ MATOC) with a total shared capacity not to exceed $99M to provide the design and construction of floodproofing for up to 371 individual structures as part of the Southwest Coastal Louisiana Nonstructural Storm Risk Management Project (SWCLA). The scope of work includes: • Design and construction of floodproofing for up to 371 individual structures • The project is part of the Southwest Coastal Louisiana Nonstructural Storm Risk Management Project (SWCLA) • The acquisition strategy will be carried out in accordance with FAR 36.301 and Engineering Regulation ER 1180-1-9 • The solicitation will be issued in two phases, with Phase I anticipated to be issued in fall of 2025.
