The California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) is seeking a qualified fencing contractor to replace the existing chain‑link fence and gates at its San Bernardino headquarters with new black powder‑coated commercial‑grade metal fencing, gates, gate openers, and associated intercom/keypad systems. The work includes removal and disposal of old fencing, installation of approximately 1,100 ft of new fence, three pedestrian gates with self‑closing hardware, two automated rolling gates, a manual double‑swing gate, concrete footings, PVC conduit for intercom wiring, temporary fencing, site cleanup, and provision of portable restrooms. The contractor must hold a C‑13 licensing and meet all CAL FIRE insurance, bonding, and certification requirements.
