The Natural Resources Department is seeking bids for the labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to install and complete two groundwater observation wells in Rice County. The project involves drilling and completing the wells, and the contractor will be responsible for all costs, including labor, materials, and equipment. • The contractor must meet the completion date requirement and provide prompt pay discounts.
• The contractor must comply with the terms and conditions outlined in the solicitation, including the payment terms, which are Net 30.
