RFP EWCRWS Infrastructure and Expansion - Trinity Well and Phase 1D Project

The Brazos River Authority (BRA) is soliciting sealed proposals for the EWCRWS Infrastructure and Expansion - Trinity Well and Phase 1D Project. The project involves two critical expansion improvements to the BRA's East Williamson County's Regional Water System Water Treatment Plant (EWCWTP): Phase 1B and Phase 1D. Phase 1B includes the Trinity Well Infrastructure Improvements, which will use cooling towers to treat up to 4 MGD of groundwater from the existing Trinity Well #1 for blending with treated surface water from Granger Lake. Phase 1D includes the Short-term Expansion, which will increase water treatment capacity by up to 13 MGD.
