Routt County is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified individuals or companies for a Computer-Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) software system to support the valuation of approximately 34,000 accounts in accordance with Colorado State Statutes and guidelines. The new system must integrate seamlessly with existing workflows, provide enhanced efficiency, accuracy, and compliance, and include features such as valuation models, property characteristic management, and reporting tools. The project includes data migration, implementation, training, and ongoing support. The successful proposer will be required to execute a contract within ten calendar days of the notice of award.
