Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a qualified contractor to replace the existing flooring in the Huntsville District gas house building. The work involves installing new luxury‑vinyl‑tile (LVT) flooring and matching cove base in the main room, hallway, bathroom, and three offices. Flooring must be installed over the existing substrate, with required floor leveling, and work must be sequenced to allow furniture to remain stored in areas not currently being renovated. No removal of existing furniture is required, but the contractor must coordinate staged installation to avoid disruption.
