Description
Alabama’s Department of Mental Health seeks a consulting firm to develop a three‑year strategic plan, deliver on‑site leadership development training for senior executives, and perform organizational assessments to improve internal processes. The contractor will work directly with the Commissioner and senior leadership, providing strategy, coaching, and ongoing advisory support through deliverables such as a detailed strategic‑plan document, leadership‑development curriculum, and progress reports.
• Develop a comprehensive three‑year strategic plan aligned with ADMH’s mission, vision, and five priority areas.
• Design and facilitate an on‑site leadership development program, including executive coaching and team‑building workshops.
• Conduct organizational assessments, produce recommendations, and provide continuous advisory support to the Commissioner.
• Submit a full proposal (original + two copies) by July 2, 2026 2:00 PM, with required appendices and a detailed line‑item budget.
• Vendor must be registered in STAARS, enrolled in E‑Verify, and have at least ten years of comparable consulting experience.
