Description
The State of Minnesota is seeking a contractor to provide glass beads for traffic paint for all state agencies and CPV members. The scope of work includes shipping and distribution throughout the state and performing other related customer services. The contract term is anticipated to be from March 1, 2027, to February 29, 2029, with the option to extend up to an additional 36 months. The estimated total dollar value of the contract for one year is $1,400,000 to $1,600,000.
• The contractor must provide glass beads that meet the specifications detailed in Exhibit C: Specifications, Duties, and Scope of Work.
• The contractor must submit a cost proposal and price schedule.
• The contractor must be an OEM, authorized representative, or distributor for the products offered.
• The contractor must comply with all terms and conditions of the solicitation, including those related to trade secrets, intellectual property, and prohibited substances.
