The City of Salina is seeking qualified contractors to paint and coat the North Ohio Overpass using high‑performance epoxy and fluoropolymer systems supplied by Tnemec. The scope includes surface preparation, application of primers and finish coats to bridge fencing, lights, poles, concrete barriers, and rail components, with strict quality‑control, environmental, and safety requirements. The contract will be awarded on a unit‑price basis and requires extensive pre‑work submittals and a post‑completion one‑year inspection.
• Paint and coating of all overpass metal and concrete elements using Tnemec epoxy and fluoropolymer products.
• Required surface‑preparation (high‑pressure water‑blast, SSPC/NACE cleaning standards) and strict DFT controls.
