The City of Salina is seeking a qualified contractor to repaint and protect the North Ohio Overpass bridge fencing, lighting, concrete barriers, and associated railroad rail. The work requires high‑performance epoxy and fluoropolymer coating systems, rigorous surface‑preparation (including high‑pressure water‑blast and SSPC standards), and strict environmental and safety compliance. The project includes mobilization, traffic control, painting, and disposal of non‑lead paint residues, with substantial completion required by October 15 2027 and final completion by November 12 2027.
• Re‑paint steel fence, light poles, bollards, and railroad rail using Tnemec epoxy and fluoropolymer systems (primer + finish).
• Apply multi‑coat high‑performance coatings to concrete barriers and pedestrian rail (primer, intermediate, finish).
• Perform detailed surface preparation per SSPC‑SPWJ‑4 / NACE WJ‑4 standards, including high‑pressure water‑blast and power‑tool cleaning.
