The City of Salina is seeking a qualified contractor to paint and protect the North Ohio Overpass, including associated metal and concrete elements such as fencing, lighting fixtures, poles, bollards, concrete barriers, and a railroad rail pedestrian barrier. The work requires high‑performance, solvent‑based epoxy and fluoropolymer coating systems, strict surface‑preparation standards, and compliance with SSPC/NACE cleaning specifications.
