The City of Salina is seeking a qualified contractor to repaint and recoating a bridge overpass and associated structures, using high‑performance epoxy and fluoropolymer coating systems. The scope includes surface preparation, application of multiple coating layers on metal fencing, light poles, concrete barriers, and railroad rail, as well as mobilization, traffic control, and disposal of non‑lead paint residues. All work must meet SSPC/NACE cleaning standards and VOC limits, with a substantial completion date of October 15 2027 and final completion by November 12 2027.
