The County of Gwinnett, GA is seeking a qualified vendor to supply a full line of firefighter turnout gear (protective coat and pants) on an annual contract, with up to four optional one‑year renewals. The gear must meet multiple NFPA and ASTM standards, include custom features, and be provided with detailed fit‑measurement services, sample sets for wear‑testing, and ongoing technical support. The vendor must also supply a “fitter line,” maintain traceability labeling, and certify insurance limits.
• Provide approximately 327 protective coats and 327 pants annually (plus associated accessories).
• Deliver nine size‑specific sample sets at no cost for live‑fire and non‑fire wear‑testing, with fitting measurements completed by 25 Sept 2026.
• Meet stringent material specifications (e.g., Flex7™ PBI/Kevlar shell, Titanium® SL2 liner) and NFPA 1970, 1500, 1851, 2500 standards.
