City of Cleveland is seeking a qualified vendor to supply a range of traffic‑sign related vinyl, UV laminate, and DuraCoat refill materials. The scope covers five distinct product lines, each with a quantity of five units, to be delivered to two city facilities. This is a pure supply contract with no installation or service component; all shipping costs must be included in the unit price and no price increases are permitted after award.
• Supply 5 units of 3M Gerber PermaGrip Vinyl (15″ × 50 yd) to the Traffic Sign Unit Building #4.
• Supply 5 units of SPF7 2‑mil UV Laminate (13″ × 50 yd Clear Vinyl) to the same location.
• Supply 5 units each of three DuraCoat Refill colors (Spot Forest GREEN, GOLDEN YELLOW, ORANGE) to two city sites.
• All bids must be submitted electronically (under $50 K) by May 26, 2026 3:00 PM, with required Northern Ireland affidavit and wage‑theft disclosures attached.
• Vendor must provide unit prices inclusive of freight and agree to a “no price increase” clause.
