Qlik Sense

The State of Maryland is seeking a Master Contractor to provide Qlik Sense, a reporting and data visualization product, to help discover data and build comprehensive reports. The contract includes various Qlik Sense products, such as QSE Client-Managed Professional Users, Qlik NPrinting, and Qlik NPrinting Additional Engines. The Master Contractor must be an authorized reseller for Qlik Sense and provide a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the manufacturer. The contract has renewable charges, and the State reserves the right to purchase more or less than the specified quantity. The evaluation criteria include price and other factors, and the award will be made to the most advantageous offer. Key points to consider: • The contract is limited to Master Contractors awarded a contract under the Commercial Off-the-Shelf Software (COTS 2012) • The Master Contractor must provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid • The contract has a small business reserve designation • The State reserves the right to request a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the manufacturer or distributor • The Master Contractor must ensure that the proposed COTS software is virus-free
