J--Malvern Panalytical Multipurpose Diffractometer Maintenance Agreement

The U.S. Geological Survey intends to award a noncompetitive purchase order to Malvern Panalytical Inc for a service and maintenance agreement for an Empyrean X-ray diffractometer with i-Core optical module, located in Reston, Virginia. The period of performance will be from the date of award through 04/12/2027. • The agreement is for maintenance of an Empyrean X-ray diffractometer with i-Core optical module. • The period of performance will be from the date of award through 04/12/2027. • There are no option periods. • Malvern is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the diffractometer and the only authorized service provider. • The Government intends to award this requirement noncompetitively in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b).
