Description
DuBois Integrity Academy is seeking a Food Service Management Company to serve their 1,200+ K-8 students. The contract is valid for 1 year with the option to extend for 4 additional years. The selected company will be responsible for operating the school's food service program, including providing meals for students, staff, and employees. The company will also be required to comply with federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations, as well as the school's policies and procedures.
Some key aspects of the job include:
• Providing food service management services for the school's food service program
• Operating the program in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Maintaining accurate records and providing reports as required
• Cooperating with the school in promoting nutrition education, health, and wellness policies
• Complying with the school's local wellness policy
• Providing additional food service such as banquets, parties, and refreshments for meetings as requested by the school
