STI/HIV/VH Home Test kits

The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) is seeking a vendor to provide home-based STI/HIV/HCV test kits that can be ordered through an online platform and mailed discreetly to a client's home. The test kits should include testing for Syphilis, HIV, Hepatitis C, Chlamydia, and Gonorrhea. The vendor should be able to provide care to patients in the state of Colorado, manage a secure portal for clients to request tests and access their results, and provide local public health agencies and community-based organizations with bulk STI/HIV/HCV test kits to distribute at their agency free of charge. The contract is expected to start on January 1, 2027, and may be renewed for up to four additional one-year periods. The CDPHE total budget for the five-year period is not expected to exceed $1,000,000. • The vendor should have experience working with governmental agencies and providing STI/HIV/HCV prevention services. • The vendor should be able to provide a comprehensive package with HIV, Syphilis, Hepatitis C, and Gonorrhea/Chlamydia testing. • The vendor should be able to provide care to patients in the state of Colorado, including review and approval of test orders, provider consultations, and local resources for treatment options. • The vendor should be able to manage a secure portal for clients to request tests and access their results. • The vendor should be able to provide local public health agencies and community-based organizations with bulk STI/HIV/HCV test kits to distribute at their agency free of charge.
