Description
The US Army is seeking a contractor to provide and install three C-channel steel beams under the equipment housekeeping slab at Building 254, Pease ANGB. The work includes fabrication of structural members and connections, installation of the beams by welding, and coating of all surfaces to match existing. The contractor will be required to obtain a hot work permit from the Pease Fire Department and provide all necessary documentation for base access and badging.
• The contractor will be required to work within normal project hours, unless written approval is obtained.
• The contractor will be required to provide all equipment and utilities not available at the worksite.
• The contractor will be required to conform to AWS D1.1:2025 standards for all work.
• The contractor will be required to submit all necessary documentation for base access and badging within 10 days of contract award.
