Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Tennessee Valley Healthcare System, intends to award a sole source firm-fixed-price contract for the procurement of the pCare TruthPoint Rounding Solution. The solution is a proprietary patient experience platform that includes real-time patient feedback and service recovery, staff rounding workflow tools, data analytics and reporting dashboards, integration with existing VA pCare infrastructure, software support, licensing, and maintenance. Interested parties may submit a capability statement demonstrating their ability to meet the Government's requirement. The statement should include evidence of authorization from TVR Communications LLC, technical capability to meet integration requirements, and business size and socioeconomic status.
