The Government (FLETC) is issuing a small‑business set‑aside RFQ for the procurement of one brand‑new 30‑foot training vessel that meets detailed Federal Training Standards. The vessel must be equipped with twin Yamaha F300 outboard engines, specific Garmin navigation and communication systems, a deep‑V hull, fiberglass construction, and a suite of safety and training features.
