INDUSTRY DAY: Low-Cost Interceptor, Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) Fires, Capability Program Executive (CPE)Defensive Fires

The US Army is hosting an Industry Day event to provide an overview of the developing Low-Cost Interceptor (LCI) program and preview associated component competitions. The event aims to identify existing capabilities for All-Up Rounds (AUR) and low-cost components, as well as Weapon System Integrators (WSI) utilizing a Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA). The target audience includes prime contractors, subcontractors, or joint venture offerors with technical capabilities to develop and deliver low-cost interceptor capability and components. Key aspects of the opportunity include: • The LCI program is focused on supplementing the Integrated Fires Air and Missile Defense mission against Air Breathing Threats (ABT), Cruise Missiles, Close-Range Ballistic Missiles (CRBM), and Short-Range Ballistic Missiles (SRBM) • The Government is interested in identifying existing capabilities for AUR and low-cost components • The Industry Day event will provide an overview of the LCI program and preview associated component competitions • Participation in any future LCI, PAE Fires, or Army FUZE/X-Tech transaction or procurement opportunity is not contingent upon attending the Industry Day
