Description

Budget estimate

$450,000 – $750,000

The solicitation caps the base‑year spend at $750,000. Assuming the contractor bids at the ceiling, annual revenue could approach $750k; a more typical competitive bid might be 60‑80% of the ceiling, yielding $450k‑$600k per year. Over the potential five‑year term (if all extensions are exercised) the total could range from $2.5 M to $3.75 M. Factors influencing the final amount include the per‑pound rate the contractor proposes, any fixed event fees, and the actual volume of narcotics destroyed (estimated at 1,000 lb per year).
