Description
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is seeking information from potential vendors for the provision of seismograph units, monitoring, and optional items in support of the National Center for Explosives Training and Research (NCETR) in Huntsville, AL. The objective of this requirement is to provide ATF with data regarding airblast and vibration generated by NCETR explosives range operations. The contractor shall provide three portable seismograph systems, monitoring services, technical assistance, and annual calibration services.
• The seismograph systems must meet the ISEE seismograph standards for 2031.
• The monitoring service must include options for remote access to the data and email notification of data and alerts for events that exceed pre-arranged limits.
• The contractor shall provide annual calibration services for a fee.
• The place of performance will be at ATF's Capano Range, McKinley Range, and Corkern Range located at Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL.
• The period of performance is a one-year base period with four one-year option periods.
