Rapson Roof Replacement and Exterior Envelope

The University of Minnesota is seeking a design services firm to provide professional design services for roof replacement and exterior envelope improvements at Ralph Rapson Hall. The selected firm will be responsible for evaluating, providing design recommendations, and creating construction documentation to address general deterioration and aging of various exterior enclosure components. The project includes both the 1960's original building and the 2002 addition. The scope of work includes roof replacement, exterior window repairs, sealant gap repairs, and waterproofing repairs.
