Description
The Navajo Nation’s Division of Community Development is seeking a qualified contractor to demolish existing structures at the Baahaali Rodeo Grounds and construct a new elevated skybox facility. The base bid includes selective demolition, debris management, and the construction of a 16‑by‑8‑foot steel‑framed skybox with a raised floor, roof, walls, windows, doors, stair access, electrical sub‑panel, and finish work. An optional expansion bid allows for a second viewing deck and related structural modifications. The contractor must complete a mandatory site visit, submit a bid security, and provide required bonds and insurance.
