1680 - Synopsis for establishing 5-year Basic Ordering Agreement for repair and support of the H-60 and H53E platforms for the USN and FMS.

The US Navy is seeking to establish a 5-year Basic Ordering Agreement for the repair and support of H-60 and H53E platforms. The agreement will be with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, the only known source with full repair capability. The items to be repaired are listed in Attachment A and require government source approval prior to contract award. • The agreement will be for a period of 5 years • The items to be repaired are flight critical and/or have technical data that is not available for full and open competition • Only the source previously approved by the government for repair of these items will be solicited • Responses to this notice of intent must be submitted within 15 days from the date of the synopsis
