Description
The California Department of Justice is seeking quotations for the provision of body worn cameras. The contract will be for a term of one year, from April 30, 2026, to April 29, 2027. Bidders must submit their responses electronically, and the response must include a completed Attachment A - Cost Worksheet. The award will be made to the lowest-cost bidder who meets the requirements of the RFQ.
• The RFQ includes requirements for the cameras, such as delivery instructions and technical specifications.
• Bidders must also submit a Bidder Declaration, a Payee Data Record, and other supporting documents.
• The State of California reserves the right to verify and validate all information contained in the bid.
• The contract will include terms and conditions, such as payment terms, delivery schedules, and warranty requirements.
