Description
The State of Michigan, Department of Technology, Management and Budget, State Facilities Administration is seeking a contractor to perform pole building improvements for the DNR Grawn Field Office. The project includes renovations to the existing building, such as installing new concrete slabs, overhead doors, and electrical systems. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with the provided plans and specifications. Key aspects of the project include:
• Installing new 6 ft wide concrete aprons with a slope of 1/4" per foot
• Providing new 14'-0" x 14'-0" steel insulated rolling doors
• Installing new electrical systems, including wiring, outlets, and lighting fixtures
• Coordinating with the door supplier/installer for overhead door motor controls and power connections
The project requires the contractor to have experience with similar renovations and to ensure that all work is completed in a timely and professional manner.
