Dyess AFB Aircraft Wash Services - Sources Sought

The US Air Force is seeking information from potential sources capable of providing non-personal Aircraft Wash Rack Services at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas. The scope of work includes washing and lubricating aircraft, including B-1B and C-130J aircraft, in accordance with applicable technical orders and regulations. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring sufficient qualified personnel are available to perform the services, and for reporting any discrepancies or damage to the aircraft. The government is seeking industry feedback to determine the best acquisition strategy and to identify capable vendors. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including those related to environmental protection and hazardous materials handling. • The contractor will be required to obtain and maintain a current and favorable National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) investigation for performance on this contract. • The contractor will be required to ensure that all employees are U.S. citizens and are able to read, write, speak, and understand English. • The contractor will be required to provide a contract manager who shall be responsible for the performance of the work and shall have full authority to act for the contractor on all contract matters.
