The Advanced Energetics Manufacturing Technical Interchange Meeting is an opportunity for the energetics community to discuss technologies related to increasing the efficiency and/or distributed production of energetic materials. The meeting will be held in Arlington, VA, and will provide a forum for industry to present their capabilities. DARPA is interested in learning about new technologies that can enable increased efficiency in production and distribution of energetic materials, including reactor platforms and software for the high-rate/throughput of crystalline energetics production. Some key areas of interest include:
* State-of-the-art energetics processing approaches
* Energetics reaction planning/prediction tools
* In-line process monitoring tools for energetics production
* Footprint reduction via process intensification
* Resource Resiliency/Reduction: raw material supply chains, cost, personnel (maintenance & staffing)
* Industrialization and scale-up of current or innovative energetic material processing techniques
