Description
The City of Cincinnati is seeking bids for the concrete repair and rehabilitation of existing concrete driveways, vertical concrete walls, concrete elevated slabs, concrete joints, and structural concrete support members at SMU's Barrier Dam Pump Station facility. The contractor shall start work within five calendar days from receipt of written notice to begin work and complete on-site work within 180 calendar days. The contract value is not specified, but the City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
• The scope of work includes concrete repair and rehabilitation of existing concrete structures.
• The contractor shall provide performance surety in the amount of 100% of the contract value.
• The City maintains a list of Vendors Debarred from Contracting or Subcontracting with the City.
• The contractor shall not assign any interest in this contract without prior written consent of the City Purchasing Agent.
• The City shall award the contract to the lowest and best responsive bidder.
