Waterjet Abrasive Cutting System

The DLA Weapons Support (Richmond) is seeking information on parties interested in and capable of providing a Waterjet Abrasive Cutting System. The system should include a waterjet machine, installation services, technical data, training, and other related services. The machine should be able to cut various materials, including aluminum, steel, titanium, and composite sheet and plate stock. The system should also include a 5-axis cutting head, a water recycling system, and other components as specified in the purchase description. • The waterjet machine should have a cutting area of at least 13-feet × 6.5-feet. • The machine should be able to cut materials with a maximum size of 15-feet × 7.5-feet. • The system should include a water recycling system, a garnet removal system, and other components as specified in the purchase description. • The contractor should provide training for government personnel on the operation and maintenance of the machine. • The contractor should also provide maintenance training for government personnel.
