Description
The Naval Supply Systems Command is seeking a contractor to provide conference support services for the Supply Corps Senior Leadership Symposium. The symposium will be held in the National Capital Region and will require a self-contained facility that can handle all lodging, food service, and meeting needs. The contractor will be responsible for providing a variety of services, including registration, workrooms, information/business centers, dining facilities, conference and breakout rooms, hospitality rooms, and fitness centers. The symposium is expected to have approximately 275 attendees, including military and civilian personnel. The contractor will need to provide a comprehensive proposal that includes pricing, technical capabilities, and experience in hosting similar events.
• The symposium will be held over a period of 4 days, with two possible sets of dates: 27-30 October 2026 or 3-6 November 2026.
• The contractor will need to provide a facility that can accommodate all attendees, with a minimum of 75 sleeping rooms for out-of-town attendees.
• The contractor will need to provide a variety of services, including registration, workrooms, information/business centers, dining facilities, conference and breakout rooms, hospitality rooms, and fitness centers.
• The contractor will need to provide a comprehensive proposal that includes pricing, technical capabilities, and experience in hosting similar events.
