Hill Street Skate Park Renovation - CIP# 410039 (DBE Goals)

The City of Frederick is seeking a contractor to renovate the Hill Street Skate Park. The project is part of a larger renovation of the Hill Street Park, which will be completed in three phases. The skate park renovation will include the design and construction of a new skate park, as well as any necessary site work and landscaping. The City is open to ideas for the design of the skate park, including the type of shade structures and colors to be used. The contractor will be required to consider dust control for the neighborhood during construction.
