Chatham Parkway Improvements

The City of Garden City is seeking bids for the Chatham Parkway Improvements project. The project involves construction and/or services as indicated in the Invitation to Bid package. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for July 30, 2026, at 11:00 AM local time. Bids must be submitted by August 13, 2026, at 11:00 AM ET. The city reserves the right to reject all bids that are non-responsive or not responsible. • The project requires a Drug-Free Workplace certification. • The project requires compliance with O.C.G.A. § 13-10-91 regarding federal work authorization. • The project requires a SAVE affidavit in accordance with O.C.G.A. § 50-36-1(e)(2). • Bidders must provide information on their most recent three projects with similar scope of work. • Bidders must provide a copy of their General Contractor's GDOT Pre-Qualification.
