2026 Public Works Facility Utility Extension Project

The City of Lino Lakes is seeking bids for a public works utility extension project that includes a range of civil construction activities. The work will involve excavation, pipe installation, utility upgrades, tree and shrub clearing, and fire hydrant installation, all to be completed in‑place under a single contract. Bidders must submit an electronic bid via QuestCDN vBid™ and may attend a virtual bid opening. • Scope includes installation of approximately 2,965 LF of 4″ HDPE force main (directionally drilled) and 2,788 LF of 12″ PVC watermain (directionally drilled). • Additional tasks: clearing and grubbing of trees, installation of fire hydrants, gate valves, curb stops, and rapid stabilization of disturbed soils. • All work must comply with MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor requirements and be performed under the City’s specifications, with a non‑refundable $55 eBidDoc™ delivery fee for the bidding documents.
