• Required items: PVC conduit (20‑ft lengths in 2”, 3”, 4”, 6” sizes), fittings, transformer pads, pedestal enclosures, elbows, clamps, cable, wire, fuses, etc.<br>• Conduit must meet NEMA TC‑2/TC‑3, UL‑651, be gray, sunlight‑resistant, 90 °C rated, and shipped in unitized bundles.<br>• Fittings must be UL/ETL listed, stamped or molded, and shipped in manufacturer cartons.<br>• Shipping: FOB to Electric Distribution, Ames, IA; open‑bed truck delivery only; enclosed van deliveries rejected.<br>• Warranty: Minimum one‑year against manufacturing defects.<br>• Submission deadline: 10 Oct 2026 02:00 PM CT; questions due same date.<br>• No bid withdrawals for 60 days after closing; City reserves right to reject or waive bids.
