Description
The County of Los Angeles is soliciting bids for a pneumatic tire forklift. The forklift should have a capacity of 6,000 lbs and be an LP pneumatic tire forklift. The bidder must be a manufacturer-authorized dealer and provide both parts and maintenance support for the forklift for a minimum of 7 years. The bidder must also have an authorized repair facility within Los Angeles County. The contract will be for a single purchase order, and the County reserves the right to make an award based on the lowest total acceptable offer.
• The forklift must meet all applicable local, state, and federal statutes, regulations, codes, etc.
• The bidder must provide a warranty of at least 2 years / 4,000 hours on the basic truck and 3 years / 6,000 hours on major components.
• The bidder must provide proof of being a manufacturer-authorized dealer and have an authorized repair facility within Los Angeles County.
• The contract will be awarded based on the lowest total acceptable offer.
• The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bids.
