ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS TO NW 58 STREET FROM NW 97 AVENUE TO NW 79 AVENUE

The project involves roadway improvements to NW 58 Street from NW 97 Avenue to NW 79 Avenue. The work includes reconstruction of the existing road to a 4-lane roadway with continuous center turning lane, bike lanes, sidewalks, curb & gutters, storm drainage system, pavement markings and signage, upgraded traffic signalization, and roadway lighting. The project requires a contractor with experience in similar work and a valid Certificate of Competency as a General Engineering Contractor or Specialty Engineering Contractor. • The project requires reconstruction of the existing road to a 4-lane roadway with continuous center turning lane, bike lanes, sidewalks, curb & gutters, storm drainage system, pavement markings and signage, upgraded traffic signalization, and roadway lighting. • The contractor must have experience in similar work and a valid Certificate of Competency as a General Engineering Contractor or Specialty Engineering Contractor. • The project has a substantial completion requirement of 670 days and a final completion requirement of 730 days. • The contractor must demonstrate experience in successfully completed projects performed by the identified personnel whose bulk of work performed in Public Right-of-Way is similar in detail to the Project’s Scope of Work described in these Solicitation Documents.
