The City of San Antonio is seeking qualified consulting firms to provide comprehensive state legislative consulting services. The work will support the City’s State Legislative Program by developing legislative strategies, monitoring and analyzing relevant state bills, advising city staff on engagement with legislators, drafting legislation and amendments, and maintaining ongoing relationships with state officials. This solicitation is structured as an RFQ (Request for Qualifications), and vendors must submit their qualifications through the SAePS portal by the updated deadline.
