Description
The City of Cochran is seeking a contractor for insulation installation at the City of Cochran Airport. The scope of work includes site assessment, R-value specification, material selection, installation, quality check, and closeout. The contractor will be responsible for inspecting areas to be insulated, determining required R-values, selecting insulation type, and installing insulation in exterior walls, attics, and floors or crawlspaces. The contractor must also verify insulation installation, schedule and pass energy code inspection, and remove all scrap material and debris from the job site.
