The County of Cuyahoga is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a complete venue solution for its 2026 Annual Employers’ Workshop, including space, audio‑visual equipment, and a deluxe continental breakfast for 50‑75 participants. The contract is for a single‑day event on September 24, 2026, with set‑up, execution, and wrap‑up responsibilities. The vendor must meet extensive insurance requirements and will be the sole point of responsibility, even if subcontractors are used.
• Venue must include a large conference room (50‑75 capacity) plus two breakout rooms (8‑10 capacity each) and check‑in space.
• Provide AV services: projection screen, projector, two wireless microphones, laptop connections, and Wi‑Fi.
• Deliver a full breakfast service (pastries, fruit, hot items, beverages) set up by 8 a.m. and available through 1 p.m.
