Description
The State of Michigan Department of Transportation is seeking proposals for janitorial and grounds services for the Watervliet Rest Area in the Southwest Region. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing these services, which include cleaning and maintaining the rest area, as well as performing grounds maintenance tasks. The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder with the lowest price. The proposal must include completed forms, such as the Vendor Questions Worksheet and the Schedule A - Statement of Work, as well as pricing information.
• Key tasks and deliverables include:
• Janitorial services, including cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, floors, and other areas
• Grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and landscaping
• Snow removal and ice control during winter months
• Trash and recycling collection and disposal
• Other tasks as specified in the RFP document
